Cette scène se situe devant la National Gallery of Zimbabwe (NGZ) que l’artiste a beaucoup fréquentée au cours de son enfance. Au centre d’une perspective sinueuse, une figure tricéphale (un vendeur d’eau à la sauvette) surveille l’arrivée des autorités de tous côtés. À Harare, la vente à la sauvette permet de procurer de l’eau et de faire vivre 80% de la population, pourtant elle est interdite par la police. 

This scene is set in front of the National Gallery of Zimbabwe (NGZ), which the artist often visited during his childhood. At the center of a sinuous perspective, a three-headed figure (a water vendor on the run) watches the arrival of the authorities from all sides. In Harare, street vending provides water and a livelihood for 80% of the population, yet it is banned by the police.
